Product Description

Plywood Fire Retardant Dynea Marine Plywood

One-Time hot press decorative plywood is crafted using premium wood materials including Russian Birch, German Beech, Okoume, Bintangor, and Poplar. The veneers are professionally bonded using modified Melamine Glue (MUF), ensuring superior durability.

Face and Back veneer thickness exceeds 0.6mm, with various grades available to meet specific requirements. Our production utilizes longitudinal full rotary-cut veneers and horizontal veneers constructed via automatic CNC veneer builders.

Performance Edge: Compared to standard UF Glue, our modified MUF provides significantly better formaldehyde emission ratings and enhanced water-resistant performance.

What are the primary applications for this plywood?
It is specifically designed for high-end uses including yacht/boat interiors, recreational vehicles (RVs), luxury furniture, and industrial flooring.
What makes your modified MUF glue better than standard options?
Our modified Melamine Glue (MUF) offers superior water resistance and meets stricter formaldehyde emission standards (E0/E1) compared to traditional UF glue.
What is the maximum size available for order?
We can manufacture large-format boards with a maximum length of 10 feet and width of 6 feet (approximately 1830*3050mm).
Can I request a custom thickness or specific wood material?
Yes, we provide 100% Birch, Basswood, or Beech options with thicknesses ranging from 2.5mm up to 30mm based on your technical drawings.
Do you offer samples for quality evaluation?
We provide free samples. While the samples are free, freight costs are typically collected from the customer's side and can be deducted from your first bulk order.
How is quality control managed during production?
Every panel is checked piece-by-piece throughout each process—from timber sourcing to final finishing—to ensure no gaps, overlaps, or delamination.
