Product Description
One-Time hot press decorative plywood is produced using Russian Birch, German Beech, Okoume, Bintangor, Poplar, or other equivalent top-quality wood materials. Veneers are securely bonded by modified Melamine Glue (MUF).
The face and back veneer thickness exceeds 0.6mm, with various grades available to meet specific requirements. Longitudinal veneers are full rotary-cut, while horizontal veneers are constructed using automatic CNC veneer builders. Compared to UF Glue, our modified MUF offers significantly better formaldehyde emission ratings and superior water-resistant performance.
