1. Import Raw Wood
We guarantee the quality of raw materials. All of our raw wood materials are sourced from high-quality forest production areas at home and abroad, such as Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and other premier locations. We maintain stable pricing despite market fluctuations of raw materials.
2. Automatic Log Peeling Process
After selection and edging, logs are machine-peeled into veneer and core boards. Each plywood core is made of eucalyptus or pine, while the veneer uses pine wood to ensure no warping, deformation, or cracking. It features excellent water resistance and high reuse cycles.
3. Veneer Sun Drying
Professional artificial drying involves sun-drying each wet veneer after peeling. We strictly control the humidity; the moisture content is typically 20-50% lower than standard market products.
