Production Process
1. Import Raw Wood
We guarantee the quality of raw materials. Our wood is sourced from high-quality forest production areas such as Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. Stable sourcing ensures consistent product pricing despite market fluctuations.
2. Automatic Log Peeling
Each log is selected and edged before being machine-peeled into veneers and core boards. Our plywood uses eucalyptus or pine core boards to ensure no warping, deformation, or cracking, providing excellent water resistance and a high turnover rate.
3. Veneer Sun Drying
Professional artificial drying controls the moisture of each veneer after peeling. We strictly manage humidity levels to ensure the moisture content is significantly lower than standard market products.
