Product Overview
One-time hot press decorative plywood is manufactured using premium Birch, German Beech, Okoume, Bintangor, Poplar, or other high-quality wood materials. The veneers are bonded using modified Melamine Glue (MUF), ensuring superior durability.
The Face & Back veneer thickness exceeds 0.6mm, with various grades available to meet specific customer requirements. Longitudinal veneers are full rotary-cut, while horizontal veneers are precision-crafted using automatic CNC veneer builders.
Compared to standard UF Glue, our modified MUF significantly improves formaldehyde emission ratings and water-resistance performance.
